Vivobarefoot Men's Gobi Boot II Warmlined

The Warmlined version of the popular Vivobarefoot Gobi is made for cool and cold conditions. As a barefoot shoe should be, the Gobi has a very flexible, unstructured build with no cushioning. Support and shock absorption come from your own feet.

This Warmlined model has an insole that insulates you from cold ground, a warm lining and a stitched sole rather than a glued one. The insole contains aluminium, which reflects some of your body heat back towards your feet.

• Standard Vivo last: room at the front for your toes to spread naturally and for your big toe to sit straight
• Upper made mainly from WildHide leather, tanned without metals
• No membrane, not waterproof
• Total sole thickness 4 mm
• Cotton laces
• Outsole made from 22% natural rubber, 58% synthetic rubber and 20% additives

Ease into barefoot walking and running in small doses. Your muscles and tendons, your Achilles in particular, work surprisingly differently than they do in cushioned, motion-control shoes. Give them time to recover!

You’ll want to apply a bit of Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Spray on the leather surface once in a while, to keep your Gobi boots in tip top condition.
